How to deal with the noise of the silver screw:


1. Compared with the sliding screw pair, the driving torque is 1/3. Since there are many balls doing tumbling motion between the screw shaft and the screw nut of the trapezoidal thread screw, higher motion power can be obtained. Compared with the previous sliding screw pair, the driving torque is less than 1/3, that is, the power required to achieve the same movement effect is 1/3 of the rolling screw pair. Very helpful in saving power.


2. Guaranteed high precision. The ball screw pair is produced using the world's highest level of mechanical equipment made in Japan. Especially in the factory environment of grinding, assembly, and inspection of each process, the temperature and humidity are strictly controlled. Due to the perfect quality management system, the accuracy is fully guaranteed.


3. Micro feed is possible. Because the ball screw pair uses ball motion, the generated torque is extremely small and will not appear as a creeping phenomenon like sliding motion, ensuring accurate micro feed.


4. There is no backlash and high rigidity. The ball screw pair can be pre-pressured, because the pre-pressure can make the axial clearance reach a negative value, thereby obtaining higher rigidity (by pre-pressuring the balls in the ball screw, when it is actually used in mechanical equipment, etc., the repulsive force of the balls can enhance the rigidity of the nut part).


5. High-speed feeding is possible. The ball screw can achieve high-speed feeding (movement) due to its high movement power and low heat generation.

The balls that sometimes break out of contact with the screw during the circulation process are called outer circulation; those that are always in contact with the screw are called inner circulation. Each closed circuit of the ball is called a row, and the number of leads contained in each closed circuit of the ball is called the number of turns. Each nut of the internal circulation ball screw pair has 2 rows, 3 rows, 4 rows, 5 rows, etc., and each row only needs one turn; each row of the outer circulation ball screw has 1.5 turns, 2.5 turns, and 3.5 turns.
