Suzhou Maitu Screw Rod Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014, originated from Shanghai Yingqi Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. We are specialized in industrial trapezoidal lead screws and ball screws, and with over 12-years experience in professional screw manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales and services.
Supported by advanced manufacturing equipment and strict testing procedures, Maitu produced a wide range of precision trapezoidal lead screws and nuts available in various specifications as for customized diameter ,lead/pitch, shape and end machining. Following years of refinement, Maitu has produced more than 16,000 types of production according to various designs. We had full experience for screw and nut forming with different material like carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, plastic, neo-material as PEEK. Self-developed ERP system assists us for tracing manufacturing and quality controlling process. Our products have earned strong recognition and consistent sales in both domestic and international markets.

Suzhou Maitu Screw Rod Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is situated in Suzhou, a renowned city in Jiangsu Province for its thriving economy and time-honored history as well for its location near to Shanghai. In 2022 we inaugurated a branch factory in Dongguan, Guangdong Province to cater to an expanded clientele. We had established 4 departments with 10 manufacturing lines to accommodate quite plenty of requirements as for trapezoidal screw, ball screw, screw accessories and linear motion guides. Our core production is trapezoidal screw and nut for different customized designs and materials. Trapezoidal screw for its self-locking and hard loading could be utilized in many industry scopes as linear motion system. Dependent on our long-year independent manufacturer experience and storage of tooling and process accumulation, we had made over thousands of types and materials to deal with diverse situations. We support many materials as carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, plastic, as well as neo-material such for PEEK, PTFE etc., We are appreciated by many of our customers for our cautious consideration on every details and notes on the drawings and requirements.

To ensure the stable production of high-performance trapezoidal screws and nuts, we had fully equipped with a complete set of professional processing equipment covering the entire manufacturing workflow. Including advanced screw rolling machines for thread forming, high-precision manufacturing machines and CNC lathes for accurate structures and end machining. We have implemented rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process. Additionally, we carry out edge sharp and cleaning to keep the appearance. Surface treatment and adjustment and other details would be cautiously considered before and when manufacturing. Whenever trapezoidal screw or ball screw, we had established targeted production process to satisfy diverse customization.
