The customer will assemble them into their own film and television camera lifting frames. After sample testing, drawing verification, and factory video inspection, the agreement stipulates a stable reorder every quarter, with the customer giving high approval to the lead screw's wear resistance and thread coaxiality.

First of all, on the one hand, there will be a small amount of friction every time the screw rotates, and the friction will generate a lot of heat. If it is under the conditions of high frequency and high usage, the heat of this part is very large, so the heat of this part will cause the shell to There is a slight increase in the bearing position and the oil seal in the screw, which in turn causes microscopic displacement of the worm screw and the worm gear, causing instability, which will promote the occurrence of major conflicts, thus forming a vicious cycle.

Compared with the sliding screw pair, the driving torque is 1/3. Since there are many balls doing tumbling motion between the screw shaft and the screw nut of the trapezoidal thread screw, higher motion power can be obtained. Compared with the previous sliding screw pair, the driving torque is less than 1/3, that is, the power required to achieve the same movement effect is 1/3 of the rolling screw pair. Very helpful in saving power.
