Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
Of course we are manfacturer, our factory has over 10-year individual manufacturing experience in trapezoidal screw and ball screw for multiply customization and served over 5000 customers in mainland and overseas. If convenient, we strongly recommend field visiting.
If OEM is acceptable?
OEM is our service as well.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. We had a branch factory in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, both in thriving manufacturing cities.
Do you have any real project pictures of the equipment?
We are manufacturing so it is not a problem to present the facilities we are using. We usually send our customers videos when their production is on the manufactruing.You can check our douyin account as well.
How many staffs do you have in your factory?
We have 100 workers which contains 10 technology engineers and 6 QC. In 2022, we establised a branch in Dongguan, Guangdong Province for more cilents.
When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
The company's holiday arrangements are always based on the annual holiday regulations, ensuring compliance with national policies. And we will make advance agreements with you and arrange production schedules for long vacations
What kind of trapezoidal screw we made?
We usually produce 30 degree trapezoidal screw and nut in common materials as for S45C, Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, Plastics. Surface coating or treatment would be considered before manufacturing. Besides that we are capable of producing 29 degree as well for ACME with multiply types as your requirements.
