Our Precision Ball Screw Standard Nuts are available in three precision grades: C3, C5, and C7. Grade C3 is typically used in CNC machine tools and medical precision instruments where extremely high positioning accuracy is required, while grade C7 offers excellent cost-effectiveness for general automated production lines.
2. Do you support non-standard customization or OEM production based on drawings?
Yes. As a source factory, OEM and non-standard customization are our core business. Our engineering team will rigorously review the details of your drawings, including special lead requirements, end machining shapes, and special nut structures. Before mass production, we ensure all technical parameters are confirmed by both parties.
3. How do you guarantee the quality and delivery time of exported products?
We implement 100% finished product inspection and provide quality certification documents with the goods. To ensure delivery time, we utilize 10 production lines in our two factories in Suzhou and Dongguan for capacity scheduling.
