You only need to provide the detailed drawings (including thread size, length, material, surface treatment and other requirements), our professional engineering team will confirm the feasibility and provide sample production services, and the bulk production will be carried out after the sample is confirmed by both parties.
2. Do you provide material inspection reports and product quality certificates?
Yes, all our products are accompanied by corresponding quality certificates, and we can provide material inspection reports (including material composition, tensile strength and other indicators) and surface treatment test reports (such as salt spray test reports) according to the buyer's requirements, which are all compliant with international standards.
3. What is the delivery time, especially for bulk orders and customized orders?
For standard specifications in stock, the delivery time is 3-5 working days; for bulk orders (more than 1000 pieces), the delivery time is 7-15 working days; for customized orders, the delivery time is 10-20 working days (depending on the complexity of customization), and we will optimize the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
